When Are You Going to Get Your Joy Back? Amid all the challenges that we face in the world, many have lost hope, vision, and joy. Things seemly are falling apart all around us in this great Nation. The Spirit of deception, oppression, and fear raises their head continually. And because of it, many, including the saints, have lost their Joy. But as truth would have it be, we can control whether we walk in joy or not. Yes, you can get your joy back today. So, When Are You Going to Get Your Joy Back?
Let's look to the Scriptures for answers! Psalms 16:11 tells us, You will show me the path of life; In your presence is fulness of joy; At your right hand are pleasures forevermore. In this verse, we see that joy is not an absence from trials, but Joy can be obtained in the manifested presence of God. Many are waiting for some good thing to happen to them for joy, but good things happening may bring happiness, not joy. Joy is from the nature of God, Manifesting himself in his tangible Shekinah Glory.
So, if you want joy today, get under a cloud of his presence today. How do I do that, you may ask? Psalms 22:3 declares, But You are Holy, Enthroned in the praises of Israel. You see, God is enthroned (Inhabited) in praises of Israel (His People). If you would praise God (Let's Say} fifteen, twenty, or thirty minutes from the heart, you will then feel an invasion of God's Manifest presence, and out of him manifesting himself, you will experience, Fullness of Joy. Today you can stay in the storm and bring God's joy into the storm with your praise. These are very stressful times, so we must live with joy. We must live in God's presence. We must live in God's strength. In conclusion, a quote from Nehemiah 8:10 The Joy of the Lord is your strength. Your Joy will give you the strength to walk in victory to fulfill your God-given assignment on earth. When you lose your Joy, you lose your Strength!
